CAD Outsourcing HUB has been running outsourced projects for the last five years. In these times, we build up extensive familiarity in the key areas that have helped to expand our company into a world-class organization.
Our projects are handled by qualified project managers, who take responsibility for the dispatch of drawings to predefined quality standards given by our clients.
Our procedure & approach are different for client to client and flexible into their necessities, procedures and the granted workflows. However, all of our experience, knowledge, scheme, procedures and etiquette are used to fabricate a process and system that our clients are contented with. Our Founder/MD will directly involve in all new queries until clients satisfaction, then we will handover to managers/team leaders. This will make sure that the quality what exactly needed for our clients will dedicatedly carry on further.
We have simply designed the work flow from "Inbox to Outbox" process. We do sampling from the expertise cad engineers / team leaders with supervision of directors. Once client OK the sample, we proceed to drafting division by taking care of the sample done person for perfect quality out bond work. We called it as "UED" process, Understanding the project, Execute the project, Dispatch the project. This process is for expedite dispatch with good quality. When our work is approved by the client, that drawing become our predefined template for further work for same clients. In this process, we can assure you that the 80% work will be done properly by draftsman and take less time for quality check before dispatching.
