2. Where is your office located?
Our Office is in Ahmedabad & Kochi. In India there are lot of holidays because of different festivals etc.. To overcome we are trying to give the output to our client without any delay. Moreover, availability of technicians in different locations are different.

3. What are your normal working hours?
Normally we work 6 days a week, but in case of emergency we will work 7 days a week. We also work as per GCC country holidays, especially for man month basis, we keep holidays on Friday if client is from GCC countries and Sunday for other countries. We have our associated international offices at USA/Canada and Bahrain.

4. How can I contact you?
We mostly prefer communication through mail, but it is not always good to depend on single means of communication, so we will be available on Skype or toll free telephone, which support a live business conversation. If situation force, then the old way of communication, the face to face communication will also be fixed.

5. How you fix the Cost?
Each project is unique and based on the project a proposal is provided to the client to get approved for every individual project. Project will be billed on hourly, chunk sum or hourly not to eclipsed basis. Our fixed price page will provide all the information about project billing.

6. How do you charge?
Charging the projects is based on customer's convenience. Charging per hour, per day and per month, whichever the customer feels flexible we will choose that.

7. What is the payment type you favour?
You can use wire transfer to any of our bankers in India. Payment can be made in US Dollars, Euro, Pound and Currency. We also accept Paypal.

8. How can I send large files?
You can send your files through mail or cloud based BOX, Dropbox or We Transfer. Or we have our own unlimited FTP server in which we will setup dedicated login for each clients, thru this you can transfer file easily and safely.

9. What file formats are acceptable?
Please send images in .pdf, .gif or .tif format. Scanned files can be send in any graphical format like TIFF.

10. Do you have any service agreements or contract?
We have a standard service agreement, but we are flexible to make any alterations.

11. What is the average turnaround time in a week?
The turnaround time depends on the volume of work and also based on the type of drawing.
